DG Rescue Punjab Dr. Rizwan Naseer expressed his grief on the sad demise of a Fire Rescuer Mr. Waseem Abbas who died in the line of duty during a firefighting operation in a house at Nisbat Road, Lahore on 4th July 2019.
Waseem Abbas Shaheed was a great Rescuer and a brave & professional Firefighter who gave his 12 years of life to Punjab Emergency Service and embarrassed Shahadat while serving to humanity with full devotion and dedication.
May Allah Rests his soul in peace and gives courage to his family and friends to bear this un-repairable loss. Ameen
DG Rescue Punjab along with all senior officers from Rescue Headquarters, Emergency Services Academy, District Rescue Service Lahore and large number of rescuers participated in the funeral of Shaheed Rescuer.
DG Rescue Punjab personally supervise all arrangements and ensured his family for all possible support from Punjab Emergency Service.
